Cătălin Fertea joined the Hygia team in 2024 as a consultant. He is developing his expertise alongside a team specialized in cluster management and grant-funded projects. His contribution focuses on the efficient development and implementation of projects, bringing a strong sense of rigor and organization—qualities that define him.
Known for his discipline and responsibility, Cătălin draws inspiration from his passion for sports. For him, maintaining a balance between efficiency and transparency in his interactions with Hygia’s partners is a key professional standard.
His first encounter with consulting and strategic development was through #LCDC – Learn Consulting Do Consulting, our annual educational program. After completing it, he realized his passion for this field and his desire to actively contribute to coordinating valuable initiatives, always guided by his structured and precise approach.
