Nadia GRAUR

Nadia joined the Hygia team in July 2025, through an internship, and became a permanent part of the team in October, in the strategic internationalization department. She is mainly responsible for the development and management of international projects, and the organization and seriousness she brings to every task show in how she sees things through, no matter how complicated they get.

What she likes about this field is the diversity and the dynamic pace of work. Every project brings something new to learn and new people to meet, and the network and opportunities that form around it are, for her, part of the motivation. She believes in a gradual, step by step way of working, and her working principle is to go deep into each step before moving on to the next.

Outside of the working hours she finds balance in sports, in books, from classic authors to crime novels, or in the kitchen, where she enjoys making desserts.
