Iasmina COSTILEANU

Iasmina has been part of the Financing and Management department since the second half of 2025, where she works within a team dedicated to project development and implementation. In her day to day work you will hear her talking about budgets, activities, eligibility criteria and how all of these need to align for a project to move forward well during implementation.

She organizes her work around clear, well structured tasks and pays attention to the details that can make a difference throughout a project. Seriousness and organization are part of how she works, and once she starts something, she sets out to see it through.

Outside work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new places and cultures, and spending time in nature. All of this brings her inspiration and energy in every area of her life.
