Teodora PODILĂ

Teodora Podilă is a Hygia consultant since 2022 and she works in project preparation and attracting non-refundable financing. She is part of the internal team specialized in competitiveness, research and innovation, specialized for the private environment. She contributes to financial management in the implementation of the “Centre of Excellence for Furniture – Cluster Mobilier Transilvan” project.

Analytical, curious, oriented towards learning and evolution, perfectionist, but guided by the desire to develop the community, Teodora is fascinated by elements of social, organizational, work and personnel psychology, as well as those specific to international investments, local strategic planning, economy and regional development policies, which gave her a broader perspective on the environment in which she lives.

Teodora is a graduate of the educational professional training program Learn Consulting, Do Consulting (LCDC), initiated and run by Hygia, 2022 Edition.
