General project objective:
ZeroW aims to provide credible solutions to significantly reduce food waste and loss, involving all actors in the food system in a collaborative framework, in order to accelerate the just transition to a socially, economically and economically sustainable food system from an ecological point of view.
Hygia involvement:
- involvement in project management;
- carrying out implementation activities such as:
- contribution to the development of the data collection platform regarding food loss and waste in the Cluj area;
- participation in events organized in the Food Waste community;
- sharing ideas and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions to reduce FLW in the Cluj ecosystem.
