General project objective:

The reBUILD project aims to strengthen relations between furniture and construction companies from Ukraine, Romania, Slovenia, and Spain, supporting digital and green transitions, skills development, and promoting the circular economy. Building on and complementing previous partner initiatives, the project focuses on supporting SMEs and industrial ecosystems through advanced training (UP-SKILLING and RE-SKILLING), enhancing competitiveness and resilience through cross-border cooperation, and integrating Ukrainian companies into the EU single market.

Hygia involvement:

  • Project development and strategic partnership composition: designing project ideas and establishing the strategic partnership.
  • Funding acquisition and project management: securing project funding and overseeing the planning and implementation phases.
  • Implementation activities:
    • Creating and managing a public Mentorship Board for the furniture and construction industries,
    • Conducting a competitive analysis of the current services provided by partner clusters and generating proposals for new services and an implementation guide,
    • Organizing and hosting two rounds of mobility exchanges with partners from Slovenia, Ukraine, and Spain,
    • Participating in partner-organized mobilities with members of the Transylvanian Furniture Cluster (TFC).
  • Communication and dissemination coordination: leading communication activities and ensuring the dissemination of project results.
