General project objective:
The Girls4Economy project aims to prevent and combat socio-digital exclusion among young people, with a special focus on girls aged 13 to 18 from small towns and post-industrial regions. The project develops methodologies and tools that improve socio-digital skills, providing equal professional development opportunities. In a 4.0 economy, where digital transformation redefines business and education, the initiative prepares young women to adapt to virtual workspaces and digital environments, contributing to reducing the gender gap in leadership roles.
