General project objective:

The objective of the project is to increase the RDI capacity in the field of bioeconomy through the creation of the “Advanced Research Centre for Innovative Food Products and Processes” which will include 7 research laboratories for the development of new activities and research directions in the field of safety, accessibility and nutritional optimization of food products.

Hygia involvement:

  • involvement in the development of the project idea,
  • development of the application and attracting financing,
  • active involvement in both management and implementation activities of the project.
