Paula MIHAI

Paula Mihai joined the Hygia team in 2024 as a consultant within an internal team specializing in the development and management of national and international projects, focusing on urban environments and production investments. With over eight years of volunteering experience, including leadership roles, Paula brings a strong sense of organization and commitment to every initiative she undertakes.

The dynamic nature of this field, offering constant opportunities to learn new things, is one of Paula’s main motivations. Her approach is fueled by a passion for personal and professional growth, supported by her certifications, including the ANC Trainer Certificate and the completion of the Learn Consulting, Do Consulting (LCDC) program in 2024.

Outside of her career, Paula is passionate about reading, traveling, dancing, volunteering, and improv theater—activities that enhance her creative perspective and positive energy. These qualities are reflected in her collaboration with the Hygia team and partners, contributing to complex, long-term projects with enthusiasm and innovation.
