SMEs and public institutions in the Republic of Moldova can now register for the first EDIH of Moldova call and access the Start Digital 360° service package, an integrated support journey for digital transformation with a total value of EUR 8,357, cofinanced 50% by the European Union.
Only 40 places are available nationwide in this first call, 30 for SMEs and 10 for public institutions. Registration in the One-Stop Shop is free, and filling in the form does not oblige the organisation to contract the services afterwards.
What does Start Digital 360° include?
The package offers a journey of up to 12 months, built around the real needs of each beneficiary. In total, the beneficiary has access to 164 hours of services, from the assessment of the current situation to the identification of solutions and funding opportunities.
The services include:
- digital maturity assessment (DMA);
- identifying needs and setting out a digitalisation path;
- developing basic digital skills;
- preparing for the responsible use of artificial intelligence;
- mentoring for business development;
- connection with solutions, experts and partners;
- guidance on accessing funding.
In this way, the organisation does not receive only a report on its level of digitalisation, but a transformation journey that links the diagnosis to skills development, the identification of solutions and preparation for investment and funding.
How much does it cost?
The full value of the package is EUR 8,357. Through European Union cofinancing, the beneficiary pays only 50%, that is EUR 4,178.50. The financial contribution is required only after the organisation has been selected and the contract for accessing the services has been signed.
At national level, work continues on mechanisms through which the beneficiaries’ share of the cofinancing could be supported by public instruments. At the time this call is launched, however, no government cofinancing instrument is operational yet. For the first call, therefore, the selected beneficiaries need to plan for their own contribution of EUR 4,178.50.
For interested organisations, this is also a first step towards the advanced EDIH services, including the testing of digital solutions before investment, technical expertise, advanced specialisation and support for developing projects in view of obtaining funding.
Who can apply?
The call is open to small and medium enterprises and to public institutions in the Republic of Moldova that want to build their digital capabilities and improve their processes through the use of digital technologies. Eligibility is verified after registration, in line with the criteria of the call.
Once the form has been completed, the EDIH of Moldova team reviews the information, contacts the organisation to clarify its needs and check eligibility, and the selected organisations then move on to the contracting stage. Registration in the One-Stop Shop does not automatically mean that the package is contracted.
Why register?
Because digitalisation does not start with choosing a piece of software, but with understanding the problems that technology can solve. Start Digital 360° gives organisations access to expertise, skills, solutions and guidance towards funding, all in a single journey.
And for this first call, the number of places is limited to 40 beneficiaries.
Registration in the One-Stop Shop is free. Take the first step and find out what can be digitalised, which solutions suit you and how you can prepare your organisation for the next stage of development.
