Cătălin Fertea has been part of the Hygia team since 2024, working as a consultant in a team specializing in cluster management and the development of projects funded by non-reimbursable grants. Through his activities, Cătălin contributes to the efficient coordination and implementation of projects, bringing rigor and organization - qualities that define him.
Known for his discipline and responsibility, traits inspired by his passion for sports, Cătălin applies this discipline in his interactions with Hygia’s partners, always striving to maintain a balance between efficiency and transparency in communication. His attention to detail and appreciation for aesthetics contribute to the way he approaches each project, demonstrating a natural inclination towards quality and design.
He is a graduate of the Learn Consulting, Do Consulting (LCDC) educational program, 2024 edition, initiated and organized annually by Hygia, a program that strengthened his skills in consultancy and strategic development.
